Amaryllis ("we", "us", "our") operates a scheduling and workflow platform for contractors, tenants, and real estate agents in Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business details when you register.
  • Booking information: name, email, phone, address, photos, and scheduling preferences submitted through booking forms.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical information such as browser type and IP address.
  • Communications: messages exchanged through the platform between contractors, tenants, and property managers.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and improve our scheduling and workflow services.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates via email and SMS.
  • Facilitate communication between parties involved in a job.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Disclosure of information

We share personal information only as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Between platform users: booking and contact details are shared between the contractor and customer involved in a booking.
  • Service providers: we use Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), and Cloudflare (security) to operate the platform.
  • Legal requirements: where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase. We implement row-level security, encryption in transit (TLS), and access controls to protect your information. We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Your rights

Under the APPs, you have the right to access and correct your personal information. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled as they are essential for the platform to function.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
