1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Amaryllis platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Amaryllis provides a scheduling and workflow platform that connects contractors, tenants, and real estate agents. We facilitate booking, communication, and job tracking but are not a party to any service agreement between users.

3. User accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.

5. Bookings and payments

Amaryllis facilitates the booking process between customers and contractors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors. Payment terms are agreed between the contractor and customer.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Amaryllis. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform but grant us a licence to use it for operating the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Amaryllis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
